We design and produce complete rollforming line, according to the requirement of our customers. Rollforming Lines are used to produce different profiles from the coils directly. In the same vein, it is also possible to punch the profile and cut it at any length.
Roll Forming line is consisting of the following equipment:
- Coil Decoiler or Uncoiler machine
- Coil Loading Device
- Straightening Machine
- Servo Feeder
- Hydraulic or Eccentric Press (if the punching is needed)
- Punching Die Set
- Rollforming Machine
- Flying Shear (optional)
- Stacking Unit.
Consequently, rollforming Line can work with different coil weights starting from 4 ton up to 20 tons. However, the material thickness can be maximum 6 mm. Meanwhile, the width of the coil can be between 300 mm and 1600 mm.
Roll Forming Process
Roll Forming process starts with the loading of the new coil onto the decoiler machine. Firstly, coil loading device loads the coil onto the Decoiler machine. Further, the Decoiler starts the uncoiling of the coil. At the next stage, straightener servo feder machine straightens the material and feeds it to the mechnaical or hydraulic press for the punching operation. The required length can be cut at the same press. Alternative is the usage of a flying shear at the end of the line, to cut the profile. The next stage is rollforming unit to make the required profile. The rollers of rollforming machine are adjustable for different profile shapes. The last operation is the stacking unit, which stacks the profiles in an order. Alternatively, the line can transfer the profiles to the conveyor directly.
